Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UXDesigner to join our dynamic team within the banking sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’sdegree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or in a comparable role, supported by a strong portfolio that highlights your design process and project outcomes.

• Proficiency with leading UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or similar software.

• Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, methods, and best practices.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.

• Experience using UI testing tools like Cypress or Cucumber.

• Awareness of AI-driven design tools and their practical use in modern UX workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.

• Develop information architecture, site maps, and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and logical content structure.

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.

• Incorporate stakeholder and usability feedback to refine designs through iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align vision and ensure implementation accuracy.

• Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles while keeping up with current UX trends and tools.
