Our client is an international manufacturing company operating in the automotive industry. Due to expansion, we are seeking candidates for global positions within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Management Engineering; Master Degree in Economics; Supply Chain
• Management & Logistics Degree is most preferable
• C1 level of English is must; the knowledge of other languages will be considerate a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Results driven
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, analytical, methodical - capability to collect and interpret data from several sources
• Experience of working in a global organization
• Able to get on with others and be a team-player and/or team leader upon the business/organization needs and priorities
• Stress resistant and able to work under pressure
• Adaptable to a changing environment
• Availability to travel

Responsibilities

• Transport management and monitoring
• Logistic KPIs monitoring on monthly basis (transport costs, premium freight costs, packaging costs, freight forwarders quality performance, etc.)
• Transport management tools implementation, maintenance and monitoring
• Promote implementation of transport optimization solutions (saturation increase, milkrun, new flow, etc.)
• Root cause analysis for unachieved KPIs
• Define and propose action to improve KPIs
• Warehouse management and monitoring
• Warehouse cost monitoring on monthly basis
• Promote implementation of warehouse footprint optimization solutions (synergies, etc)
• Develop and implement warehouse processes for both physical and digital (ERP) flows
• Define and introduce warehouse standards for staff and equipment
• Introduce and maintain world class logistics processes and standards in logistic operations.
• Custom Management
• Support Plant operations on Customs activity (import/export, good of origins, etc.)
• Sustainability
• Implement and promote solutions that will drive the Company to achieve sustainability targets.
• Standardization of processes
• Follow specific projects with the aim to indicate guideline to all Divisions
