Transport Specialist

For our Client, a well-known global company, we are currently looking for an experienced Transport Specialist, for a Team handling the transport process.

The salary ranges were estimated based on the Devire Salary Report for 2025 and may vary across companies.

Requirements

• Experience in transport operations

• Advanced English language skills (at least B2 level)

• Attention to detail and good organisational skills

• High communication and collaboration skills to work with various partners

• Knowledge of transport management systems

• Proactive and solution-oriented, with an improvement mindset, with a willingness to solve problems

Responsibilities

• Support daily transport activities, working closely with internal departments and external partners

• Schedule delivery, plan transport and cross-dock operations, as well as take part in stakeholder communication

• Handle transport documentation, and collaborate with external partners to resolve discrepancies

• Participate in continuous process improvement activities by monitoring operational KPIs and analysing performance trends

• Help preparing operational reports, ensuring data accuracy

• Administer transport systems and tools by maintaining data and ensuring operational accuracy
