Performance Marketing Manager


  • 💰 Salary: $2000 - $4000 (depending on seniority)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our client, a fast-growing, AI-powered mobile app company with over 15 million U.S. downloads. You will lead the growth across Meta and TikTok platforms, owning the full UA funnel from campaign strategy and budgeting to performance optimization and creative direction. This is a high-ownership role for a data-driven growth marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing large paid social budgets for mobile apps.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps

  • Proven track record of managing $200,000+/month on Meta/TikTok/Google Ads

  • Experience running Android, iOS, or Web2App user acquisition campaigns

  • Strong ability to define creative direction and brief designers effectively

  • An analytical mindset with confidence in using performance data to guide strategy

  • Strong autonomy and accountability in budget management and workload estimation

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken


Nice to Have:


  • Experience managing $400,000+/month paid social budgets

  • Familiarity with Web2Web and SKAN (StoreKit Ad Network) campaigns

  • Background in mentoring UA specialists or leading a performance team

  • Understanding of attribution setups (AppsFlyer, Adjust, CAPI, SKAN)

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or mobile attribution platforms


Responsibilities:


  • Strategically plan and scale UA campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms

  • Build and optimize high-performing creative and acquisition funnels

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting for ROAS, CPA, and scaling potential

  • Design and run buying experiments to test new ideas and validate hypotheses

  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and analytics teams

  • Lead cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and clear execution

  • Contribute to the launch of new apps and market entries with agile UA strategies

  • Own the creative briefing process and delivery pipeline with design resources
