Test and Validation Engineer (m/w)

Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, configure and execute tests according to given priorities and by incorporating specialized testing equipment (e.g. test benches, climate chambers)

• Check plausibility of test results and propose improvement actions

• Prepare and maintain documentation such as test plans and test reports according to standards like ISTQB

• Collaborate in technical change processes in close cooperation with Industrial Engineering, Quality and Production

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronical Engineering or similar field

• Professional experience in the environment of testing as well as a basic understanding of laws, regulations and standards, ideally in an international industry environment

• Good communication and cooperation skills and the ability to work in an international setting

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Fluent speaking & writing English (French / German will be an added value)

• Experience in test automation using environments like Robot Framework, PyTest is a plus
