The Role We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. You won't just be creating content; you will define how we position ourselves in the market and drive our lead generation engine. This is a high-autonomy role where you will work directly with leadership to turn business goals into actionable campaigns, targeting decision-makers in the UK and US markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our revenue goals, focusing on lead generation and brand authority.

  • Content Leadership: Own the editorial calendar. Produce high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership) that speaks directly to CTOs and Operations Directors.

  • Funnel Optimization: Manage the end-to-end buyer journey, ensuring we are not just attracting traffic, but capturing and nurturing high-quality leads via our CRM/automation tools.

  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create sales enablement assets and ensure lead quality meets expectations (MQL to SQL handoff).

  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish clear KPIs. Regular monitoring of campaign performance with a focus on ROI and conversion rates, not just vanity metrics.

  • Multi-Channel Management: Oversee our presence across LinkedIn, email marketing, and organic search, potentially managing external freelancers (design/SEO) to scale output.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends (AI, Automation) to ensure Digital Forms remains positioned as a forward-thinking leader.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience: specifically within IT Services, Custom Software, or SaaS.

  • Proven Lead Gen Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build pipelines that generate qualified leads, not just awareness.

  • Native/Bilingual English: Exceptional copywriting skills are mandatory. You must be able to synthesize complex technical offerings into clear business value.

  • Tech Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), Google Analytics 4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to switch between high-level planning and "in the trenches" execution.

  • Remote Maturity: Proven experience working autonomously in a fully remote environment without micromanagement.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value targets.

  • Familiarity with Low-code/No-code platforms or AI technologies.

  • Experience managing a small marketing budget or external vendors/agencies.

  • Basic video editing or design skills to move fast on social assets.
