  • Position: Marketing Manager 
  • Salary: up to 10,000 PLN

For our client, an IT company offering innovative solutions that support businesses in a rapidly changing technological environment, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager. The company is expanding its operations in the Polish market and is seeking a person who will contribute to further growth in this region. The ideal candidate is dynamic, ambitious, and experienced in B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, and event management. The role will involve developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand recognition and generate high-quality leads. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Polish market. 
  • Conduct market analysis, study trends, and customer needs, and monitor competition to adapt marketing activities to local needs. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, both online and offline. 
  • Increase brand awareness in the Polish market, focusing on engagement and customer awareness. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze results, and report outcomes using analytical tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush). 
  • Optimize lead generation processes and conversion rates using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and inbound marketing techniques. 
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with the company’s business objectives. 
  • Coordinate marketing efforts in Poland, aligning them with global company goals and strategies. 
  • Manage the marketing budget in Poland and optimize spending to maximize efficiency and ROI. 
  • Build relationships with local partners, media, and industry influencers. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential clients and partners. 


Requirements: 

  • Higher education in marketing, management, IT, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or B2B industry. 
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation tools. 
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing activities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and product teams. 
  • Proficient in both English and Polish, both written and spoken. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience in lead generation and managing lead generation campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of trends and technologies in digital marketing. 
  • Proactive, creative, and able to make independent decisions. 
  • Experience in organizing industry events and representing the company at external meetings. 


Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of the Polish market, its specifics, and trends in the IT industry. 
  • Ability to manage teams or work effectively in an international environment. 
  • Experience in organizing industry events, both in-person and online (webinars, conferences, workshops). 
  • Experience working with influencers and industry partners to promote the brand.
