    • Employment form: B2B contract
    • Salary: base 18 000 – 24 000 PLN, annual bonus 60 000 – 120 000 PLN


    Join our client! They are a product company that creates a platform that facilitates communication and monitoring of employees not working at desks in large companies. The application is available in both web and mobile versions. It easily enables the integration of internal company systems, customer databases, internal customer calendars, and other messengers, all available on your smartphone! The application is dedicated to companies from various industries (SaaS).


    The role:

    • As a Key Account Manager for the Poland and Czech Republic territories, you will be joining a young and fast-growing environment with a strong specialization in the IT-managed security services sector. You will work closely with the EMEA Commercial Director and receive dedicated support from experienced Technical and Marketing teams.
    • The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in selling IT security solutions and services, which could have been gained at System Integrators, Channel Resellers, or Consultancy Companies. Knowledge of B2B business sales models is crucial, and a desire for professional growth is highly valued.


    Responsibilities:

    • Developing trust relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.
    • Prospecting and directly engaging customers to develop sales opportunities.
    • Developing and managing customer business opportunities in the designated geographical area (Poland ) to increase the company’s market share.
    • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
    • Directly participating in the closing and negotiation processes in collaboration with the local partners.
    • Expanding relationships with existing customers.
    • Providing regular reports on progress and forecasts to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.


    Requirements:

    • Experience in direct customer sales.
    • 3+ years of sales experience within the security solutions industry.
    • Goal-oriented with a structured work approach, drive, and a passion for sales.
    • Ability to plan short-term, medium-term, and long-term activities to consistently achieve objectives.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Good level of written and spoken English
    • Native level of written and spoken Polish
    • Knowledge of the Czech language is an advantage.
    • Experience with value-based selling approaches and communication at the C-level and with top management.
    • Strong searching skills.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the territory and abroad.
