Opis stanowiska

DoubleData is an innovative startup where Data Intelligence meets Pricing & Sales Strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with initial B2B tech experience to build a strong foundation for a career in a role that blends commercial and technical sales.


You will be a key member of our business development efforts, working as the right hand to our CEO to help him within a heavy sales-led process focused exclusively on enterprise-level industry leaders. If you have a solid foundation and are eager to accelerate your growth in a hands-on, strategic sales environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement & Nurturing:

    • Support the CEO in preparing for the initial qualification calls and conversations with prospects, articulating our value proposition and understanding their challenges.

    • Manage professional follow-up communication with prospects and clients to ensure momentum in the sales cycle.

    • Proactively share relevant content (case studies, articles) with prospects to keep them engaged, in collaboration with marketing efforts.

  2. Proposal & Quotation Coordination:

    • Take an active role in coordinating the quotation process, gathering technical requirements from clients and our Project Managers to draft initial versions of commercial proposals.

    • Assist in the preparation and review of commercial documents, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  3. Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Conduct in-depth desktop research to identify and qualify key contacts within target enterprise accounts.

    • Collaborate on writing targeted copy for outbound campaigns.

    • Perform initial feasibility analysis to verify if potential leads are a strong technical and strategic fit for our solutions.

  4. Account Growth Support:

    • Work alongside the CEO to support initiatives for expanding service scopes with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our data intelligence services.

  5. Sales Operations & Data Management:

    • CRM Integrity: Take ownership of data quality and hygiene within our CRM, ensuring all lead, prospect, and client information is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.


Requirements

  • 1 year of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Support, Junior SDR, Business Assistant, Pre-Sales) within a B2B tech, SaaS, or data company.

  • Fluent in English (C1 min.): Essential for daily communication with clients and preparing materials.

  • Enthusiastic Attitude Towards Sales: We are looking for someone with a positive mindset towards the sales process who wants to actively support its success.

  • Demonstrated Technical Aptitude: You have a proven ability to learn and discuss technical concepts. Experience in a data-related field is a huge plus.

  • Foundational Commercial Skills: You understand the basics of a B2B sales process and are comfortable with business communication.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, enabling you to build professional relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency with Business Tools: Hands-on experience with a CRM system and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace are essential.

  • Versatility and Flexibility: A willingness to take on diverse tasks and support the team where needed.

  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You don't wait to be told what to do, you have experience in taking initiative and solving problems independently.

  • Education: Background in business, economics, or a related field would be a plus.
