Customer Reporting Junior Analyst

What you'll do:

• Support clients in choosing the right reporting tools by understanding their needs and guiding them through available options.

• Prepare tailored proposals for reporting solutions based on client requirements.

• Build simple reports using Excel or Power BI.

• Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams on more complex reporting projects.

• Test and document reports to ensure quality and clarity for end users.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding and helping clients.

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Solid experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

• Curiosity about data and how it can solve real business problems.

• Well-organized, proactive, creative, and a true team player.
