Senior Legal Counsel (M/F/D)

Our requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of global: commercial leases, subleases, amendments, terminations, and related agreements.

• Advise internal stakeholders on landlord/tenant law, real estate regulations, and risk management.

• Partner with internal counsel and business.

• Support real estate transactions.

• Develop and implement standardized leasing templates, playbooks, and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

• Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting real estate leasing.

Our requirements

• Master of Law degree.

• Qualification as a Legal Advisor or Advocate.

• 5 years of legal experience in real estate law, with a strong emphasis on commercial leasing.

• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Proven ability to negotiate complex lease transactions and balance legal risk with business objectives.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

• Experience in a corporate in-house legal department preferred, top law firm experience a plus.

• High level of integrity, business acumen, and sound judgment.

Optional

• Business fluency in German (written and spoken) is an advantage.

• Business fluency in French (written and spoken) is an advantage.
