We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist for Global Charging (Subject Matter Expert) to support Global EV Truck Charging rollout projects. 

DSV is committed to minimizing its carbon footprint by electrifying a significant portion of our operations. As part of this journey, we're investing in renewable energy sources, such as rooftop PV, and implementing large-scale charging solutions for our truck fleet worldwide. To spearhead these initiatives, we've launched under DSV Energy department a new unit – Global Charging Control Tower - tasked with establishing charging infrastructure across our facilities. 

As Technical Specialist, you will support the rollout of EV truck charging projects across DSV locations, setting industry standards for charging infrastructure. You'll leverage your technical expertise collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. 

Tasks / responsibilities 

• Support the rollout projects for EV truck chargers across DSV locations, ensuring smooth implementation 
• Provide technical guidance and resolve inquiries in collaboration with project teams 
• Create design and execution standards for charging infrastructure projects 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for charging infrastructure 
• Act as the technical SPOC for global charging operations projects 
• Verify technical parameters of electrical power devices and provide advisory during the procurement process 
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities, local laws and standards 

Your profile – qualifications & skills required for the job. 

• Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering  
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical vehicle charging solutions, energy storage systems or power conditioning systems 
• Operations management experience within the renewable energy industry preferred  
• Strong understanding of electrical circuit design, charging technologies, control systems, and industry standards 
• Familiarity with safety protocols, electrical installations regulations, and compliance standards 
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal 
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
