Claims Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire claims process from initiation to resolution
• Investigate and analyze claims to determine validity and liability
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and resolution of claims
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
• Handle complex claims with professionalism and expertise
• Maintain detailed records of claims and related documentation
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
• Lead and manage teams across multiple sites (Warsaw, Bucharest, Manila, Mexico City)
• Handle claims on a global scale for DSV
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize and innovate claims management processes
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Proven experience in leading and managing international teams
• Focus on innovation and optimization in claims management
