This role is a hybrid role based in Wrocław - Poland.


As an Enterprise Success Manager you will be supporting Duco’s growing Enterprise business. Reporting to the Head of International Enterprise Relationship Management, and working closely with an assigned Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day success and product/use-case expansion of Duco’s largest customers.


What you’ll be doing day to day:


  • Helping our largest customers derive value from Duco’s products and services and expand Duco’s footprint and ACV within the customer by:
  • Using your knowledge of Duco’s solution to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcome
  • Using your knowledge of how Duco adds value to similar customers to expand Duco’s footprint in the account and grow ACV
  • Putting together targeted business cases and running workshops to drive account expansion and growth
  • Offering best practice guidance and recommendations based on your experience working with our Duco customers
  • Lead, opportunity and pipeline generation
  • Acting as primary point of contact for day to day activities
  • Working together with the Enterprise Relationship Manager to ensure customer growth and retention. Helping to map out account structure including key stakeholders, operating model, identify decision makers and establish touch points for proactive engagement
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with Duco Programme Owners and Senior Stakeholders
  • Gathering strategic product requirements and advocating for customers within Duco. Working closely with product teams to drive product roadmap and provide roadmap and advisory board updates to customers.
  • Working with Marketing to advance Duco’s customer advocacy agenda via customer stories, white papers, roundtables and more
  • Navigating relationships cross functionally with counterparts in Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support and InfoSec

Interested? Great! This is what you’ll need for the role:


Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software sales/tech sales/account management, preferably in financial services technology, with demonstrable enterprise success management
  • Experience in pipeline creation and nurturing including relationship building
  • A track record of success in managing senior relationships in complex global organisations
  • An Understanding of capital markets or post trade technology
  • Experience with relationship management governance frameworks
  • Passionate about working with Enterprise customers and helping them define and maximise ROI. Approaches every situation with a customer-centric mindset and acts as a true advocate for the customer
  • Solid experience of account management in the financial services market (even better if you’ve had experience with SaaS products) and evidence of your success
  • Experience and examples of retaining and expanding revenue in banks, asset managers and financial services companies
  • Experience and examples of growing relationships and ACV across groups and business lines within an organisation
  • The ability to listen carefully, understand needs and build trusted relationships, at the senior executive level in large complex organisations
  • The ability to articulate value calmly and effectively and help customers understand the benefits of adopting more of Duco’s solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, so you can articulate business cases and ROI back to senior stakeholders and explain concepts and user stories with confidence
  • Sense of urgency and accountability; delivery-oriented and entrepreneurial, drives for results
  • Comfortable owning a target and delivering against said target

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Awareness of relevant financial market regulations such as MIFID2 & SFTR, Trade reporting
