Risk Officer

We’re currently looking for a Junior Risk Officer who will assist the Senior Risk Officer in the execution of performance of risk & control self-assessments, monitoring of key risk indicators and incident reporting.

What will you do:

• Analyze clients' trading activity reports, including identifying trends and potential problems
• Report risks associated with client trading activity, such as suspicious trading activity, exploitation of technical errors to gain profit, unfair use of the trading platform, etc.
• Maintain records related to client trading activity
• Monitor the performance and functionality of the trading platform, report malfunctions and investigate errors or failures
• Reflect the results of corporate actions on client accounts
• Calculate compensation to clients for losses incurred as a result of technical errors
• Assist in communicating with clients on trading-related issues
• Manage liquidity: performing crypto transfers, monitoring of liquidity on different custodies
• Perform trades on different liquidity providers
• And please be ready for shift work as the team covers 24*7 schedule.

We expect:

• Excellent Excel knowledge skills
• Interest in the crypto industry
• Knowledge of SQL/Python/Data Analytics not required, but welcomed
• Ability to analyze data and apply technological solutions is a great plus
• Readiness for training and education in crypto/sql 
• English - B1+
• Fluent Russian.
