Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager / Post Sales Key Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our exhibitors by proactively supporting their success, ensuring retention, and translating customer feedback into meaningful improvements. As a Customer Success Manager, you will bridge the gap between product, support, and sales to deliver measurable value to every customer. This position does not require acquiring new clients - we’re focused on nurturing existing relationships.

Requirements:
🟢 Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) (Polish is nice to have)
🟢 Ability to meet deadlines
🟢 Good communication skills
🟢 Innovative thinking and problem-solving
🟢 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps
Responsibilities:
🚀 Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account (exhibitors)
🚀 Overseeing customer account management, including answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
🚀 Identifying areas for development in order to satisfy customers
🚀 Preparing reports on account statuses
🚀 As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current clients, such as Shopware, Allegro, Amazon and PayPal. This position doesn’t require acquiring new clients.
