Join the team behind a leading e-commerce event in Europe!


We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. Behind the scenes, we’re a small, dedicated team working year-round to build something meaningful for the e-commerce community.


We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to support us in both planning and on-site execution of the upcoming edition. You’ll work under the supervision of our Head of Events and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to make sure all logistics, services, and arrangements come together, from early preparation to hands-on coordination on site. This role is a great fit for someone with early experience in logistics or event coordination, ready to take on more responsibility and help us bring one of Europe’s top e-commerce events to life.

Industry: Event organizing (trade fairs and conferences)

 

Responsibilities:


✔ Event logistics & supplier coordination:

  • Cooperation with the event venue regarding media kits, marketing packages, and related services
  • Coordination with catering, furniture providers, logistics partners, and temporary staffing agencies
  • Cooperation with freight forwarding and on-site logistics providers
  • Sourcing new subcontractors and managing collaboration with external vendors


✔ Onsite operations:

  • Supervising the setup of all ordered services and deliveries at the venue
  • Coordinating access schedules and parking arrangements for the team, contractors, and exhibitors
  • Managing on-site operations during the event and responding to any arising issues


✔ Coordination of the official afterparty:

  • Taking ownership of the official post-expo evening event – from concept and planning to on-site execution
  • Coordinating all key elements: venue setup, catering, entertainment, partner involvement, and supplier management
  • Working closely with the Head of Events while independently managing the day-to-day coordination of the project


Requirements:


🟢 Strong organizational and coordination skills

🟢 Experience in event production or logistics

🟢 Attention to detail

🟢 Ownership mindset, but not afraid to ask questions

🟢 Communicative Polish

🟢 Very good English (B2-C1)

🟢 Cost-conscious and solution-oriented approach

🟢 Ability to handle pressure and stick to deadlines

🟢 Communicative German would be a plus



Working conditions:


Full-time position

Based in Poznań, with travel to Berlin for the event

Hybrid work is possible after onboarding (min. 3 days/week in the office)
