We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. Behind the scenes, we’re a small, dedicated team working year-round to build something meaningful for the e-commerce community.
We’re looking for a creative and organized team player to join our marketing team and own the full lifecycle of side events and on-site activations – from first idea to post-event follow-ups. You’ll be the driving force behind experiences like networking breakfast, roundtables, speed networking, contest jury dinner, the afterparty – aligning with logistics team, coordinating with sponsors, managing guest lists, communicating with attendees, and ensuring every detail delivers on our brand experience. If you're someone who truly enjoys taking ideas from concept to execution - and finds real joy in seeing their work come to life and delight people on-site - let's chat!

Working conditions:
Full-time position
Based in Poznań, with travel to Berlin for the main event in February, as well as occasional business trips throughout the year - on-site checks, side events, etc.
Hybrid work is possible after onboarding (min. 3 days/week in the office)
