Join our team and help shape one of Europe’s leading e-commerce events!


We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. Behind the scenes, we’re a small, dedicated team working year-round to build something meaningful for the e-commerce community.


We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our sales efforts and help us build solid, long-term partnerships with service providers from the German-speaking market. You’ll be working with leads generated by our marketing team, reaching out to potential partners, and staying in touch throughout the process - from first contact to closing the deal.


The role also includes face-to-face networking at our own events, including the E-commerce Berlin Expo, as well as occasional travel to other industry events across Europe. It’s a good fit for someone who values direct contact with people, is comfortable talking business, and enjoys being part of a growing international project in the e-commerce space.

Your responsibilities:


  • Acquiring new clients through inbound and outbound channels – no worries, you’ll have full support from our pre-sales team that handles lead generation!
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Supporting clients via email, phone and online presentations


What we’re looking for:


🟢 You speak German fluently and can handle day-to-day communication in English (Polish is a plus)

🟢 You’re confident in reaching out to new people and enjoy building professional relationships

🟢 You have some experience in sales, partnerships, or account management – ideally in online business or e-commerce

🟢 You’re interested in how the e-commerce and tech world works and want to stay up to date with what’s happening in the industry


Work setup:


  • Full-time (part-time is also an option)
  • Based in Poznań, with travel to Berlin for the main event in February and occasional business trips across Europe to connect with new partners
