Join the team behind E-commerce Berlin Expo — one of Europe’s leading e-commerce events. For over 11 years, we’ve been connecting brands, platforms, and decision-makers from across Europe. Our Poznań office is the operational hub where sales, planning, and long-term growth happen year-round.
This role suits someone with solid experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or events. You’ll also represent us at E-commerce Berlin Expo and selected industry events across Europe — building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the direct business impact of your work.

Your responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll help us grow in the market by acquiring new clients and building long-term, meaningful business relationships.
You’ll manage the full sales process – from first contact, through negotiations, to closing deals. You won’t need to worry about generating leads – our dedicated lead generation team takes care of that, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.
At the same time, you’ll look after our existing clients and partners, finding ways to make these relationships even stronger.
You’ll also have the opportunity to attend leading industry events across Europe, including OMR and DMEXCO, meeting new people and expanding our network.
What we’re looking for:
Solid knowledge of English and German, comfortable with day-to-day business communication and negotiations; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required.
You’ve worked in B2B sales and enjoy building partnerships, ideally with a couple of years of experience closing deals and keeping clients happy.
You’re a confident and proactive communicator – whether on the phone, by email, or in person – and you genuinely enjoy meeting new people and growing long-term business relationships.
Having an interest in e-commerce, tech, or the events world is a nice bonus.
