We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. Behind the scenes, we’re a small, dedicated team working year-round to build something meaningful for the e-commerce community.
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in creating, coordinating, and executing unforgettable event experiences at the upcoming E-commerce Berlin Expo. You’ll help bring ideas to life - from buzzing networking attractions and creative zones to memorable sponsor activations and speaker experiences. You'll collaborate closely with internal departments (logistics, sales) and external partners (sponsors, creators), taking part in everything from concept development to on-site execution. Responsibilities:
Our team is responsible for everything that delights attendees, puts our event in the spotlight, and brings ideas to life - from the first concept to the final applause. Some areas include:

Requirements:
🟢 Experience in marketing, preferably event coordination or production, ideally in the B2B space
🟢 An understanding of what creates engaging, meaningful moments for professional audiences
🟢 A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable concepts and memorable experiences
🟢 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Polish and English required; German is a plus)
🟢 Great attention to detail - you notice the small things that make a big difference
🟢 A solution-oriented approach, staying calm and resourceful when things don’t go as planned
🟢 A strong sense of ownership and initiative — you're someone who takes responsibility and runs with it
🟢 Flexibility and openness to working across different project areas, from logistics to experience design
🟢 A willingness to travel to Berlin a few times a year - primarily for the main event in February, as well as for occasional business trips related to on-site checks, and side events
Working conditions:
Full-time position
Based in Poznań, with travel to Berlin for the main event in February, as well as occasional business trips throughout the year - on-site checks, side events, etc.
Hybrid work is possible after onboarding (min. 3 days/week in the office)
