We’re looking for an Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations - from paperwork and HR coordination to logistics and team care.

Requirements:
🟢 Very good organizational skills
🟢 Attention to detail
🟢 Cost-conscious mindset (you know how to find a good deal)
🟢 Independence and result-oriented approach
🟢 Very good Polish (spoken and written)
🟢 Communicative English (min. B1–B2)
🟢 Experience in admin/office work
🟢 Basic knowledge of accounting, HR, or legal processes will be a plus
Working conditions:
Part-time: 20 h/week
Flexible hours, task-based work
Poznań office (hybrid after onboarding, min. 2x/week)
