Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager with German language skills. We need someone who is committed, meticulous, solution-oriented, and a man of many hats.

Responsibilities
🚀 Acquiring clients through both inbound and outbound channels. You will be supported by the pre-sales team, which will generate leads for you throughout the process!
🚀 Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients
🚀 Supporting clients via email, phone, online presentations, and screen sharing
Requirements
💡 Advanced knowledge of German and communicative English
💡 At least 2 years of sales experience with proven success
💡 A natural ability to build relationships, reliability, and emotional maturity
💡 Customer service experience in the online/e-commerce industry
💡 Knowledge/interest in the e-commerce industry and new technologies is a plus!

Team and Compensation Structure
You will join an international team of 15 people, including 4 sales professionals (from Germany, Poland, Turkey, and other countries). Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus sales commission. We are a cohesive team working towards the same goal. When we achieve our goals together, you can expect an attractive annual bonus as a deserved reward for your work.
