Head of Digital Marketing
If you join our team, you will be responsible for:
Manage and drive the end-to-end digital marketing strategy (performance, SEO, paid, new channels), ensuring full alignment with business KPIs, revenue targets, and long-term company objectives.
Own lead generation across all digital channels, focusing on scalability, lead quality, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Co-own analytics and tracking infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and transparency across the funnel. Drive decisions based on CAC, CPL, LTV, ROI, and payback period, linking marketing performance to business outcomes.
Design and optimize end-to-end landing page strategy, improving conversion rates through experimentation (A/B testing, creatives, messaging, UI/UX).
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team. Act as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment across the customer journey and revenue goals.
Control marketing budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and data-driven investment decisions.
What do we expect?
5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS environments (experience in transport/logistics is a plus).
Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization, with a proven ability to scale lead generation and improve conversion rates.
Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution models, with experience building or working with BI dashboards and ensuring data quality across the funnel.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable digital strategies and execution roadmaps.
Cross-functional communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
Proven leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
Fluent Russian and English (B2+); Polish is a plus.

Additional salary information:
Base salary ranging from 18 000 to 22 000 PLN gross per month. After the probationary period, a performance-based quarterly bonus is provided, amounting to 20% of the quarterly base salary, paid based on the achievement of agreed KPIs.
