We are the European Association of Software Engineering, a private IT community that helps Ukrainian IT businesses expand to international markets. We also produced the documentary The First Code about the history of Ukrainian IT.

• ✅ We have offices in Kyiv and Warsaw
• ✅ Over 6,500 members
• ✅ We organize more than 10 events per month
• ✅ We develop international partnerships and set up Ukrainian national stands at international conferences

🔍 We are currently looking for a Sales Manager.

📄 Responsibilities:

• ✅ Plan and implement sales strategies
• ✅ Actively search for and attract new customers
• ✅ Prepare commercial offers
• ✅ Participate in conferences and exhibitions
• ✅ Provide ongoing client support
• ✅ Invite potential members to EASE events
• ✅ Maintain work reports

🔍 Candidate requirements:

• ✅ At least 1 year of experience in IT sales
• ✅ Knowledge of the IT market
• ✅ Ability to analyze the market and competitors
• ✅ Strong communication skills
• ✅ Physical presence in Warsaw and ability to attend EASE events
