All about the role:


  1. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months


As a Junior Specialist in People Data & Payroll Administration, you will be a member of the People Services & Solutions Team for Employees in Poland within the HR Services community, which provides HR administration, pre-payroll, and payroll services. In this role, you will support the team in various activities related to employee lifecycle processes, creating employment contracts and other HR documents, maintaining employee data in HR/payroll systems, and ensuring high data quality and maintenance across all systems. You will report to the Team Leader, People Data & Payroll Admin.


In detail, you will:

  1. Respond to HR inquiries and explain HR policies and procedures as needed
  2. Use ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to manage incoming inquiries
  3. Process pre-payroll activities according to country-specific requirements
  4. Direct inquiries to the appropriate specialist or team while maintaining responsibility for task completion
  5. Always maintain a high level of customer service focus and build good relationships with stakeholders
  6. Engage in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
  7. Participate in other projects and their implementation as needed (projects improving HR and Payroll processes, etc.)
  8. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months


Who you are:

  1. Higher education
  2. Fluent in Polish and good knowledge of English
  3. Interest in gaining knowledge of Polish labor law
  4. Enthusiastic, open to change, solution-seeking, flexible
  5. Previous experience in an HR/Payroll role is an advantage
  6. Experience working with HR/Payroll systems (e.g., ENOVA, ServiceNow, PŁATNIK, Workday) is an advantage
  7. Strong organizational and communication skills
  8. High attention to detail
  9. Ability to work with confidential information
  10. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
