Rate: up to 130 PLN/h netto + VAT
Summary:
The role of the Business Analyst is focused on managing banking activities and integrations, mostly in Workday Financials, ensuring that banking processes align with financial operations within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
Core duties include managing banking setups and integrations.
Manage the setup of new bank accounts and banking integrations.
Analyse changes in banking integrations and propose improvements.
Serve as the functional process owner for banking activities.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Analyze processes, data, and user requirements to inform decision-making.
Support testing activities (UAT), including test case development and defect triage.
Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
Document business processes and data flows.
Roadmap planning.
Key Requirements:
Familiarity with financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Banking.
Experience as a banking Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Knowledge of ERP system banking processes (Workday preferred)
Understanding of standard file flows for integrations between ERP systems and banks.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Workday Financials.
Previous roles in business analysis related to financial systems.
Familiarity with banking compliance regulations.
