IT Delivery Manager (for KYC)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: banking
• B2B: up to 170 PLN/H net + VAT
• Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Łódź or Warsaw (hybrid model, 1 day a week)

KYC (Know Your Customers) provide the framework for ensuring that we know whom we are doing business with, where their money comes from, and the purpose of the transactions. A robust KYC process is the key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF).

KYC is a corner-stone in our fight against Financial Crime. Our mission is to support our Client’s Strategic and Compliance Objectives through the delivery and maintenance of effective and efficient solutions.

Description of knowledge and tasks:

• Delivery managers are responsible for leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products.
• They work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives.
• They oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption.
• They may develop or supervise training programs to educate users, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.
