SAP VIM Consultant (part-time)

Summary: The SAP VIM Consultant will support a large-scale S/4HANA rollout project across multiple countries, focusing on optimising vendor invoice management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Customise and configure SAP VIM according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to analyse and improve invoice management processes.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide expert support for debugging and making minor ABAP code changes.
• Assist in localising and deploying the solution in targeted countries.
• Offer post-go-live support to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP VIM customisation and implementation, preferably in S/4HANA.
• Strong debugging skills and capability in minor ABAP modifications.
• Familiarity with OpenText VIM components.
• Experience in multi-country projects.
• Excellent English communication skills;

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
• Understanding of invoice management best practices in a global context.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, Portuguese, Turkish) is advantageous.

Other Details:

• Location: Remote and possibly on-site in various countries as needed.
• Team Structure: Part of a dedicated SAP project team, reporting to the project manager.
