Senior Automotive Electronics Design Engineer

Budget - 150PLN/h on B2B contract

Summary: This role focuses on designing advanced electronic devices for automotive applications, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and manufacturability. The engineer will play a critical role in the development of the Intelligent Front View Camera project.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design electronic devices for automotive applications.

• Create design documentation, including schematics and PCB layouts.

• Perform circuit calculations, simulations, validation, and prototype testing.

• Prepare plans and support validation testing of prototypes.

• Liaise with suppliers for electronic components and design tools.

• Propose cost and quality improvements for existing designs.

• Design and optimize for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

• Ensure timely execution of tasks while adhering to quality systems.

• Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams.

• Participate actively in peer reviews.

• Follow the Electrical Design Process.

• Engage in continuous professional development.

• Secure confidential information and company property.

Key Requirements:

• Engineering and/or Master's Degree in Electronics or a related field.

• Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits, specifically with microcontroller devices and medium power analog circuits.

• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools.

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Integrity in dealings with the company, clients, and collaborators.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Familiarity with electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance.

• Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces.

• Willingness to be available as needed.

Other Details:

• Work Type: On-site with occasional remote work requested.

• Flexible hours: Start between 7 AM and 9 AM.

• Project support required at least until validation planned for Q1 2026 or early 2027.
