Role Summary:
Embargo is seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and CFO during a critical phase of growth.
This role is based in Poznań, Poland, with occasional travel required to London, Warsaw, and Madrid. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency at the highest level of the company, supporting both day-to-day execution and high-impact strategic initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities with precision
Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact between leadership, employees, customers, and partners
Operational & Administrative Execution
Handle travel planning and logistics such as flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Support invoice management and financial administration processes
Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses and organization
Financial & Transactional Support
Assist in the execution of financial transactions and tracking
Support CFO-related operational tasks as needed
Ensure accuracy and organization in financial documentation
Strategic & High-Level Support
Support the CEO and CFO on key company initiatives and projects
Help drive execution of business priorities in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement

Preferred Experience
Experience in an Executive Assistant, Junior Accounting roles or Junio Finance roles or similar roles (but not necessary)
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
