ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, marine and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a:

Design Engineering Standardization Expert

Location: Katowice

 Responsibilities:

•     Support in the creation of company standards (e.g. also BCS)
•     Derivation of further templates/tools to increase profitability (design support)
•     Incorporation of SC/CC features in the drawings
•     Archiving the results in the departments drive/PDM
•     The archiving of design documentation in the company data environment
•     Participation in training measures (e.g. CAD, PDM system, methodology, ECO, form and position tolerances)
•     The definition of development scopes (CAD data, 2D drawings, ECOs, parts lists, ...) in the assigned development projects

Requirements​:

•     Mechanical engineering technician, technical draftsman or comparable qualification
•     Vocational training in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
•     First work experience in the automotive environment
•     Good knowledge of standards / standard parts
•     Analytical thinking
•     At least 2 years’ experience with Catia V5 3D/2D
•     Handling PLM systems
•     Advanced knowledge of Excel
•     Qualification certificates Catia V5
•     Meticulous and conscientious working method
•     The ability and patience to work your way through data lists and still be able to keep an overview
•     Proficient English language skills (German would be an asset)
