Operations Manager

We are looking for Operations manager who will be responsible for:

1. Risk management:

• Verification of contracts prior to management and customer approval;
• Cooperation with brokers and insurance companies with regards to the policy requirements and renegotiation of policies;
• Preparing periodic declaration of invoices to insurance companies;
• Monitoring overdue payments and reporting collection to insurance companies;

2. Management of operations:

• Maintaining statistics of sales orders, preparing daily reports of sales orders;
• Preparation of issue and receipt documents for the warehouse, verification of the customer's payment situation and release of goods for dispatch;
• Verification of applications of payment for transport and warehousing invoices;
• Supervision of the flow of documents between warehouse, accounting and Operations department; solving issues as they arise;
• Providing necessary documents and assistance for SAP implementation;
• Preparation of reports required by headquarters;

3. Supervision and management of department staff (2 operations specialists).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organization skills are a priority;
• Attention to detail;
• Fluent Polish – required;
• Advanced English command;
• Chinese – optional;
• Experience in administrative work and work related to the supervision of the circulation of documents;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment;
• Good knowledge of the Excel spreadsheet is a must;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
