We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and managing marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and can adapt quickly.
As a key member of our growing marketing team, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing content, and supporting campaigns—helping us generate leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot, social media, and other marketing channels (email, social media, paid media, events, etc.).
- Work with designers and copywriters to develop marketing assets.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Maintain project timelines and marketing calendars.
- Support lead list creation and management, lead routing, and CRM updates.
- Assist in nurturing leads through email workflows and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and help prepare reports for the marketing team.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is required.
- Familiarity with other tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ZoomInfo, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
