Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and managing marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and can adapt quickly.


As a key member of our growing marketing team, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing content, and supporting campaigns—helping us generate leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot, social media, and other marketing channels (email, social media, paid media, events, etc.).
  • Work with designers and copywriters to develop marketing assets.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Event & Webinar Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain project timelines and marketing calendars.

Lead List Management

  • Support lead list creation and management, lead routing, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in nurturing leads through email workflows and engagement campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and help prepare reports for the marketing team.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is required.
  • Familiarity with other tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ZoomInfo, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience (internships included).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
