Position: Founder’s Associate

Location: Warsaw, Poland (in-office), with occasional travel to other offices

 About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious Founder’s Associate to work closely with our CEO from our Warsaw office. This in-person role is perfect for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized individual who thrives on personal and professional growth and is excited to learn the intricacies of building and scaling a business. As the Founder’s Associate, you will provide vital support in the CEO’s day-to-day activities, manage high-priority tasks, attend meetings, and take on leadership responsibilities when needed. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Executive Support: Partner with the CEO on daily duties, managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Meeting Attendance and Follow-Ups: Join calls and meetings with the CEO, take detailed notes, and prepare actionable follow-up items to keep projects on track.
• Sales Call Leadership: Lead or support sales calls when required, confidently engaging with potential clients and representing the company’s values and offerings.
• Project and Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and ensure timely execution of key tasks and initiatives critical to business growth.
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, synthesizing information to support decision-making.
• Communication and Presentation: Draft high-quality reports, presentations, and communications to ensure clarity and alignment with the company’s standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in workflows to enhance productivity for the CEO and broader team.
