’re Envirly & Quantifier – and we’re looking for our next Marketing & Growth Owner 🚀
We’re a startup building global products in compliance and sustainability:
Envirly → certified ESG & sustainability platform (CSRD, GHG, LCA, CBAM).
Quantifier.ai → the first AI-native compliance platform for continuous compliance (NIS2, AI Act, ISO, ESG, etc.).
We’re growing fast, and now we’re searching for someone bold enough to take full ownership of marketing and growth. Someone who thrives in both chaos and creativity, who wants to experiment, invent, and execute their own ideas – and who sees AI not as a buzzword, but as a daily tool to work smarter.
What you’ll be doing
Owning marketing end-to-end: from creative campaigns to execution.
Working with external PR & Ads agencies, making sure things actually move the needle.
Designing creative GTM strategies for Envirly and Quantifier.
Using AI every single day to automate, accelerate and supercharge your work.
Building things hands-on: Canva, Figma, Slack, Webflow – whatever gets the job done.
Collaborating directly with founders + product teams (you won’t be siloed – expect a mix of chaos, experiments, and autonomy).
What we’re looking for
You own your work – from idea to execution.
You’re creative and not afraid to experiment.
You’re comfortable working in a startup reality: sometimes structured, sometimes chaos.
You have a good design eye (aesthetics matter – even in compliance).
You know your way around tools like Canva, Figma, AI apps, and love trying new ones.
You’re excited about AI and automation – and want to push it further with us.
