As we continue to grow in the CEE region, we’re looking for a Sales Manager – CEE
Someone who will take ownership of day-to-day sales operations across the region and help us scale our team and impact.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Supporting the daily work of the sales team (Poland + CEE region)
- Regular pipeline planning and performance reviews
- Developing team capabilities and helping reps meet individual and team targets
Operational Execution:
- Acting as our CRM (HubSpot) lead: ensuring clean data, adoption, and sales playbook execution
- Monitoring key sales metrics (KPIs), pipeline quality and forecasts — with a focus on precision and data insights
- Improving sales processes and leading weekly team stand-ups
Sales Enablement & Market Execution:
- Supporting the team in strategic conversations and closing high-value deals
- Staying on top of ESG trends in the region and adapting messaging accordingly
- Positioning Envirly as the #1 ESG partner in the CEE market
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Sharing insights from the field to shape go-to-market and product strategy

Collaborating directly with our CEO on strategic initiatives, enterprise deals, and international expansion
- Has 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Is familiar with SaaS, ESG, or compliance — or eager to quickly gain that knowledge
- Can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking
- Knows how to lead a team toward results — coaching, KPIs, execution
- Communicates confidently in English (other CEE languages are a plus)
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambitious environments and gets things done
