We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial functions including reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and financial analysis. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in finance and grow within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, analysing, and consolidating financial data.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Help monitor cash flow and bank account reconciliations.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and providing insights to the senior finance team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in line with internal standards.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders related to financial processes.
- Support audits and other financial review processes as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
