Tasks
- Drive customer segmentation and point-of-sale classification (Special Pet Trade) and translate insights into targeted actions
- Ensure professional use of CRM systems for customer data management, pipeline tracking, and reporting - Expand and manage cooperation with Special Pet Trade stores and relevant organizations, including breeders and specialist networks across Hungary
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in Hungary
- Negotiate commercial terms, product listings, and promotional activities - Develop and implement annual business plans for assigned accounts
- Analyze sales performance, monitor KPIs, and propose concrete improvement measures
- Work closely with the marketing team on local campaigns and product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the Petfood/FMCG/Breeder segments
- Provide regular reports and insights to company management

Connection between the local distributor/new KA clients/Josera Export team
Expectations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Key Account Manager, Sales Manager)
- Proven track record in FMCG sales (experience in petfood is a strong advantage)
- Solid experience in working with major retail chains (e.g., Tesco, Auchan, Spar, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, etc.)
- Proven expertise in CRM systems and customer segmentation / point-of-sale classification
- Strong negotiation skills, hands-on mentality, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent knowledge of the Hungarian market and trade environment
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken) - Valid driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel on a daily basis

Good connections with main KA players in Hungary
