Offer stage - Welcome to the Food family!

Your tasks:

• You are a true social media all-rounder and know exactly what challenges, target groups and content requirements each platform and text format entails. 
• As team leader, you are responsible for task allocation, resource planning, workflows, processes, tool use, results, budget planning and monitoring for your team. 
• You will coach and develop your team members professionally and, in collaboration with the people lead, also personally and take over personnel planning. 
• You act as an in-house consultant for various internal customers and advise on text and social media strategy and targeted support for marketing campaigns. 
• As an organisational talent, you pull the strings for all food family brands with regard to activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube - both in Germany and internationally. 
• You strategically develop the channels with your team and combine the business needs of our internal customers, market research, country-specific requirements, target group insights, social listening and brand strategy. 
• You act as a quality gate and thus guarantee the high quality standards of editorial plans, moving image content and various text formats.
• You form the interface between your department and internal customers in Germany and internationally - as well as with performance marketing, design, HR, product management and external freelancers. 
• Your work is driven by numbers and data and you know exactly how to use tools and key figures to check and improve the success of organically produced content with the help of meaningful reports. 
• With your high affinity for digital media and your interest in new trends, you actively monitor the market and keep yourself constantly up to date in order to take your team to the next level with innovations and new ideas.

Expectations:

• You have 5-10 years of professional experience in marketing, copywriting and social media, agency experience is an advantage. 
• You have experience as a manager and know how to develop a team and motivate them to act independently. 
• You have extensive experience in setting up and managing professional social media presences and developing effective strategies.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills - other foreign languages are an advantage. 
• You are creative, conceptually strong and have a keen sense for effective content and good texts. 
• You are active on social media as a heavy user and digital native. 
• You are open-minded and find it easy to network with internal stakeholders. 
• You are communicative, empathetic and adapt quickly to new structures.
