ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. How you will get the job done

• managing and monitoring incoming payments for group insurance policies
• allocating funds to individual contracts and insured persons according to the contract terms
• preparing individual statements as well as individual correspondence and answering telephone inquiries from internal and external partners
• assisting in the preparation of reports and analyses related to group billing
• reviewing and recording partner settlements
• monitoring of timely settlement transactions
• adjusting billing/booking differences

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in both German and English (B2/C1)
• university degree
• knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• independence of action and a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
• ability to record, evaluate and reorganize professional and technical processes
• drive to develop in the area of finance, specifically collections

Nice to have

• first professional experience in payment transactions with an accounting focus preferably in the insurance sector
• knowledge of forms of insurance and the legal basis of the insurance contract
