How you will get the job done

  • identifying opportunities for process optimization, digitalization and automation
  • developing and implementing suitable solutions
  • leading and supporting the digital transformation of our finance processes through the development and implementation of customized VBA, Low Code Solutions, Robotics, (prospectively) GenAI and other solutions
  • coordinating and providing content guidance for the overall transformation process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the objectives and timelines
  • working closely with the central team in Germany to ensure alignment of transformation activities with the overall strategy and objectives
  • developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to ensure that all transformation activities are effectively communicated and managed
  • monitoring and report on the progress of the transformation activities, ensuring that all objectives and timelines are met


Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent English (C1)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or related field
  • at least 5 years of experience in finance transformation, process optimization, digitalization and automation
  • strong technical skills, including experience in VBA, Low Code Solutions, Robotics, GenAI and other relevant technologies
  • experience in leading and managing complex transformation projects, including the development and implementation of customized solutions
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
