About Us

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

How you will get the job done

  • initial preparing personnel file folders
  • printing and preparing documents
  • entering data into the system
  • collecting of documents
  • supporting the verification of reports and data in the system
  • organizing/pinning documents into dedicated binders


Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English and Polish (B2)
  • strong interest in the HR administration, labour law, and payroll areas
  • good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • excellent planning and organizational skills
  • full-time availability and willingness to cooperate on a contract of mandate
