ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• carrying out in annual risk assessment and enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan
• planning, leading, and executing financial, operational and compliance audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality
• drafting comprehensive, concise and complete report of audit results, identifying root causes and suggesting the practical solutions for resolving the issues to a management
• following-up all open audit issues
• communicating effectively with ERGO Group Audit and within One Audit Community
• performing audit work in accordance with established professional standards and remaining abreast of emerging trends and best practices, taking into account ERGO and MR Group audit frameworks and guidance

Skills and experience you will need

• master/ bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Business administration, Information technology or comparable
• relevant certification (e.g. CIA or CISA) is an advantage
• experience in internal/external audit or comparable skills in the area of compliance or risk managements is required
• knowledge in IT Standards/Best Practices (e.g. COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001) and regulatory requirements
• fluency in English
• solid knowledge of audit methodology: standards, sampling, interview techniques, report writing
• the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization and mobility
• capacity to work with little supervision, to meet deadlines, to solve problems, and to recommend and assist in the implementation of risk-based internal controls across the company
