About Us

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done

• preparing, planning and supervising over the implementation of IT programs in the area of insurance products and systems 
• running programs in Agile methodology 
• working in an international environment, also with distributed teams 
• participating in mastering agile methodology in the organization 
• cooperating with project stakeholders 
• building and maintaining a successful relationship with teams and business partners 
• proactively managing project risks and issues as well as developing effective mitigation/treatment plans 
• reporting cyclical and ad hoc         

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English is a must 
• strong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment, in a global Finance/Insurance or regulated industry (5-7+ years) 
• few years of experience in similar position 
• at least 5 years of experience in project management 
• ability to work in a diverse and dispersed team 
• high communication skills and ability to connect different stakeholders 
• team building skills and ability to work independently in an international environment 
• proactivity and can-do attitude 

Nice to have 

• program management experience  
• project management certificates and experience in Product Owner/ Product Manager role  
• knowledge of the insurance business
