About Us

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done

• managing projects of mid and large size and scope  
• analysing situations, diagnose problems, identify the key issues, establish and evaluate alternative courses of action and produce a logical, practical and acceptable solution
• managing 3rd party service suppliers and product vendors as well internal team members in a matrix responsibility  
• ensuring effective realisation of benefits through identification and subsequent measurement 
• initiating improvements in the specific project context and fosters and promotes ideas for change 

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• strong project delivery background (ideally from a consultancy) with more recent experience within the financial services  
• demonstrable experience of successfully delivering critical and complex IT system related projects within financial services 
• experience in data transformation projects within the financial services  
• proven experience in Agile software development and lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM) 
• demonstrable change project management experience 
• strong communication, facilitation, presentation & negotiation skills 
• knowhow and experience in state of the art information technology 
• ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams 
• deep understanding of operational impacts from business and IT change 
• experience in requirements engineering, business analysis and translation of business demands into system specifications
