Senior Operations Specialist (Renewable Energy)

Your responsibilities

• Main Responsibilities

• General

• • Supervision of O&M providers for selected solar, wind farms, battery storages during the operational phase

• • Close cooperation with Ergy management on value creation initiatives related to the performance of solar and wind assets

• • Direct collaboration with investors as well as Ergy’s financial, legal, commercial, and business development teams

• • Coordination of the takeover processes for photovoltaic and wind farms

• Operational Phase Management

• • Running tenders for components and services

• • Reviewing vendor contracts and supplier invoices

• • Verifying maintenance plans to minimize energy losses

• • Managing supplier obligations and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

• • Conducting site visits to operational assets

• Performance Monitoring

• • Supervising the onboarding process of SCADA data into internal systems

• • Regular monitoring and validation of performance data

• • Calculating key KPIs (e.g., PR, AR) and tracking farm performance

• • Supervising the work of O&M providers

• • Managing warranties

• • Contract and insurance claim management

Our requirements

• Higher education, Engineering preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance analysis and O&M supervision of renewable energy assets

• Languages: Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
