CONTENT SPECIALIST
B2B: PLN 70 - 90 / Hour

We work in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-office collaboration. This role involves a stronger on-site presence to support teamwork, communication, and close cooperation with stakeholders.

We are looking for a proactive content professional ready to take ownership of our content engine, bring structure and consistency to the way we communicate, and raise the quality bar across all channels. Your role will be to build a structured, scalable content engine: establish standards, ensure consistency, and dramatically grow our organic reach across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the website.
Scope of services:
Manage the full content lifecycle - from research and creation through publication to repurposing within a multi-format strategy. Turn one core asset (article or video) into multiple outputs such as social posts, shorts, and website content
Create high-quality B2B tech content across formats: blog articles, LinkedIn posts, YouTube scripts, and case studies
Ensure discoverability of all materials by conducting keyword research, handling on-page optimization, and preparing meta descriptions
Plan and execute video repurposing - transform long-form recordings into clips, shorts, quotes, and other social media assets
Cooperate with clients to develop compelling case studies and convert them into engaging content
Publish and manage materials across WordPress, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Collaborate with subject matter experts as well as graphic and video teams, coordinating production and providing clear, actionable feedback.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
Content & Writing
Portfolio of B2B written content (tech preferred). Show us projects you owned and materials you created.
Demonstrated results - organic traffic growth, rankings, and clear performance metrics proving your effectiveness
Experience planning and executing multi-format content initiatives from idea to distribution
Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or content management.
Industry Knowledge
Background in blockchain, web3, institutional IT, or the broader B2B technology sector.
Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and discuss them confidently with experts.
Experience conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Video Coordination
Experience coordinating video production, including scriptwriting, preparing briefs, and repurposing content across multiple formats.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Experience developing case studies in cooperation with clients, including gathering testimonials.
Confidence in coordinating activities between external partners and internal teams
Language
Professional proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
Design & Visual Sense
Ability to create simple supporting visuals (e.g., LinkedIn graphics, featured images, basic layouts).
Strong visual judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to designers and video editors.
Experience preparing content reports or presentations (Figma, Google Slides, Illustrator, or similar).
Tools you’ll be working with
Content Management & Publishing: WordPress (publishing, basic editing, SEO on-page optimization), Google Docs/Slides (documentation, reports, presentations), Content scheduling tools (candidate can choose their preferred tool)
SEO & Analytics: Keyword research and content optimization tools,Google Search Console (basics)
Social Media & Video: LinkedIn (Company Page management, supporting personal profiles), YouTube Studio (publishing, basic optimization)
Design & Visual Tools: Figma, Canva, OR Adobe Illustrator (creating simple supporting graphics, but mostly giving feedback)
Nice to have
Advanced design skills (Adobe Illustrator or very strong Canva easily transferable to Figma)
HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, Video coordination/production tools
