Financial Analyst

Who You Are:

You are a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Analyst who is driven to learn and grow within the Cisco organization. You are a dynamic, qualified finance professional with 3+ years of experience, willing to use your strong influencing skills in a large, complex organization. You have a proven business partnership record in your finance profession and are seeking the opportunity to exploit the full potential of your analytical, finance and business acumen. You will have good communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong analytical mindset, with high attention to detail.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be a part of Global CX Centers Finance organization. You will work closely with other team members on budget planning and forecasting, analyzing and reporting activities. You will partner with CX Centers leaders as well as CX Centers Operations Team to get on managing financials of CX Global Centers.

What You'll Do:

• Working closely with various stakeholders (finance, operations, accounting) on building annual budget and support monthly forecasting process.

• Assess and understand drivers of variances to forecast and explain trends.

• Manage and own reporting on financial metrics.

• Assisting with the development, management, and improvement of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

• Drive innovation and simplification to our processes and reporting packs.

• Provide support to monthly business reviews and Finance deliverables.

• Cross-functional collaboration with different teams.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• 3+ years of previous professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

• Previous experience in Opex management, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional partnership is essential.

• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills, with a strong ability to deal with large volumes of data and financial modelling skills (knowledge of Macros is a bonus).

• Experienced in working within a complex, fast paced environment.

• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adopt new tools.

• Time management skills.
